هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيف تم توظيف صحافة الفيديو فى المواقع الإخبارية المصرية فى معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية واتجاهات الجمهور نحوها؟ ، من خلال تحليل محتوى الفيديو بالمواقع الإخبارية وهم " موقع اليوم السابع، بوابة أخبار اليوم، بوابة الوفد الإلكترونية"، التى تناولت القضايا الاجتماعية فى مصر وتم تصنيفها فى قضايا" التعليم، الصحة، العنف الأسرى" خلال الفترة الزمنية من 1 أكتوبر 2022 إلى 1 أكتوبر 2023. كما هدفت الدراسة أيضاً إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الجمهور والقائم بالاتصال نحو توظيف المواقع الإخبارية المصرية لصحافة الفيديو فى معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية، وإلى أى مدى تتفق أو تختلف ترتيب أولويات الجمهور للقضايا الاجتماعية المعروضة فى صحافة الفيديو فى مواقع الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصدر موقع اليوم السابع المرتبة الأولى من حيث عدد المقاطع التى تناولت القضايا الاجتماعية و ضمن تفضيلات الجمهور أيضاً للمواقع الصحفية التى تناولت القضايا الاجتماعية مقارنة بباقى مواقع الدراسة، كما حصلت القضايا الفرعية التالية على الترتيب الأول ضمن أولويات التغطية الصحفية "الفيديو" بمواقع الدراسة وضمن ترتيب أولويات الجمهور للقضايا الاجتماعية وهم " قضية انخفاض تنسيق الثانوية العامة" بخصوص قضايا التعليم، قضية "أزمة اختفاء الأدوية وتغيير أسعارها" بخصوص قضايا الصحة،" قضية أنواع العنف الأسرى سواء ضد المرأة أو الطفل" بخصوص قضايا العنف الأسرى، و"الأسباب الأساسية للانتحار" بخصوص قضايا الانتحار، كما تفوق استخدام الخبر ضمن الفنون الصحفية المقدمة فى معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية فى مواقع الدراسة، و تفوق استخدام الصور الشخصية والموضوعية والمؤثرات الصوتية ضمن الوسائط المستخدمة فى مواقع الدراسة لمعالجة القضايا الاجتماعية، واعتمدت مواقع الدراسة على مقاطع الفيديو المتوسطة التى يتراوح مدتها من 2- 5 دقائق ضمن معالجتها للقضايا الاجتماعية ، فكانت عرض الموضوعات الأكثر مشاهدة مع امكانية تحميل ومشاركة الفيديو ضمن أهم العناصر التفاعلية التى استخدمتها مواقع الدراسة فى معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية. كما جاء الإعجاب بالمضمون فى المرتبة الأولى ضمن الأدوات التفاعلية التى يستخدمها المبحوثين لإبداء اَرائهم حول ملف الفيديو، يليها مشاركة الفيديو عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعى ثم التعليق على المضمون، و أشارت الدراسة بأن القائمين بالاتصال فى المواقع الإخبارية يفضلون استخدام اللغة العربية المبسطة فى معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية ويتم توظيف استمالات الإقناع حسب نوع القضية المتناولة.

The study aimed to identify How video journalism was used in Egyptian news sites to address social issues and the public’s attitudes towards them? ,By analyzing the video content of the news websites, namely “Al-Youm Al-Sabaa website, Akhbar Al-Youm , Al-Wafd electronic portal”, which dealt with social issues in Egypt and were classified into issues of “Education, Health, Domestic Violence, Suicide” During the time period from October 1, 2022 to October 1. October 2023. The study also aimed to identify the attitudes of the public and communicators towards Egyptian news sites’ use of video journalism in addressing social issues, and to what extent the public’s prioritization of the social issues presented in video journalism on the study sites agree or differ. The study concluded that the Youm El Sabaa website ranked first in terms of the number of clips that dealt with social issues, and also among the public’s preferences for press sites that dealt with social issues compared to the rest of the study sites. The following sub-issues also ranked first among the priorities of “video” press coverage in the study sites. Within the public’s prioritization of social issues, they are “the issue of the decline in coordination of secondary school” with regard to Education issues, the issue of “the crisis of the disappearance of medicines and the change in their prices” with regard to Health issues, and “the issue of types of domestic violence, whether against women or children” with regard to Domestic Violence issues. The issue of "Underlying causes of suicide" on Suicide Issues. The use of news among the journalistic arts presented in addressing social issues also excelled in the study sites, and the use of personal and objective images and sound effects excelled among the media used in the study sites to address social issues. The study sites relied on medium video clips that range in duration from 2-5 minutes within Its treatment of social issues. Displaying the most viewed topics with the ability to download and share video was among the most important interactive elements that the study sites used in addressing social issues. Admiration for the content also came in first place among the interactive tools used by the respondents to express their opinions about the video file, followed by sharing the video via social networking sites and then commenting on the content. The study indicated that communicators on news sites prefer to use the simplified Arabic language in addressing social issues. Employing persuasive appeals according to the type of issue being addressed.
