رصدت الدراسة ظاهرة عدم التيقن، وبطء الاستجابة تجاه مواكبة الاستحداث الجارى للتطوير التكنولوجى، على عكس الدول الأخرى التى تتسابق فى هذا النهج والذى أصبح يشكل رؤية مستقبلية يُخطَط له وتُوضع له الميزانيات لتحقيقه.
وأرادت الباحثة توجيه الأنظار لإمكانية التطبيق لكسر رهبة التجديد والتغيير. وذلك لغرس ثقافة التغيير وقابلية التطوير، الذى أصبح أمرًا مفروضًا وإجباريًا لمن يريد التعامل مع المحيطين الإقليمي والدولي.
كما أن الحاجة وليدة الاختراع، والواقع يُجبر الجميع للامتثال لما هو جديد ومتجدد.
وقد تناولت الدراسة مدى تَقَبُّل تطبيق سُبل الذكاء الاصطناعى فى تطوير الرقابة على سلامة الغذاء، عن طريق استخدام التقنيات الحديثة والتحول الرقمى، وتحويل الأنظمة الرقابية إلى أنظمة رقابة ذكية عن بعد.
ورصدت الدراسة تجارب وأبحاث سابقة تناولت أجزاء من المنظومة الرقابية.
كما أبرزت الدراسة الحالية صورة مُجمعة لأهم التقنيات الحديثة التى تخدم مجال الرقابة فى سلامة الأغذية وتداولها.
وضعت الدراسة توظيفًا للتقنيات الحديثة داخل الهيكل الإدارى للهيئة القومية لسلامة الغذاء للتحول الرقمى، والإرسال والاستقبال الإلكتروني، وبالمثل حددت وظائف تقنيات التحول الرقمى والإرسال والاستقبال بما يتناسب مع جميع المنشآت المراقب عليها من قبل NFSA.
كما رسمت الدراسة مخططًا تكنولوجيًا (B.Ch) لسحابة إلكترونية تجمع بين NFSA والجهات المراقب عليها (شكل رقم 1).
وأبرزت الدراسة مردود التطبيق على التطوير الرقابى وعلى NFSA والمنشآت المراقب عليها وعلى المستوى الدولى.
أسفرت نتائج الاستبيان عن مدى قبول التطبيق بارتفاع نسب القبول للاستحداث الإلكترونى من قبل NFSA, والجهات المراقب عليها.
أوضحت الدراسة كيفية التأهب والاستعداد للتطبيق من النواحى التشريعية والمادية والبشرية.

The study monitored the phenomenon of uncertainty and slow response towards keeping pace with the current development of technological development, unlike other countries that are accelerating in this approach, which has become a future vision that plans and sets budgets to achieve it.
- The researcher wanted to draw attention to the possibility of application of the most terrifying modernity of renewal and change. This is to imbibe the culture of change and the ability to develop, which has become a must and obligated matter for those we deal with from other countries.
The need is the product of invention. And reality forces everyone to comply with what is renewed.
The study dealt with the extent to which the application of artificial intelligence methods is accepted in developing food safety control by using modern technologies and digital transformation and transforming control systems into smart remote control.
The study monitored previous experiences and research that dealt with parts of the control system.
The current study showed a synthesis of the most important modern technologies that serve the field of food safety control and circulation.
The study set the employment of technologies within the administrative structure of the National Food Safety Authority for digital transformation and electronic transmission and reception, and similarly the employment of technologies in proportion to all facilities monitored by NFSA for digital transformation, transmission and reception.
The study drew a technological summary (B.Ch) for an electronic cloud that combines NFSA and its monitors.
The study highlighted the impact of the application on the supervisory development and the NFSA and the facilities it monitored.
At the international level, the results of the questionnaire regarding the extent of the application’s acceptance resulted in a high rate of acceptance of electronic innovation by NFSA, the monitored bodies.
