مجموعة الكيانات المقدسة Mdsw Irty جزء من جيش الحرس الأوزيري المُكلفين بحراسة وحماية أوزير والدفاع عنه، كانت في الأصل مجموعة حارسة كغيرها من مجموعات الحراسة التابعة للإله آتوم ثم الإله رع والذين كلفوا منه فيما بعد بحراسة المعبود أوزير، بدأ بعض أعضاء مجموعة الكيانات المقدسة Mdsw irty في الظهور فرادى ابتداءًا من عصر الدولة القديمة ككيانات مستقلة كل على حدى، واستمرت المجموعة في الزيادة العددية حتى اكتملت هذه المجموعة في شكلها النهائي مجتمعة خلال العصرين اليوناني والروماني، إرتبطت بمواقع حراسة محددة وكُلفت بحمايتها، ظهروا حاملين عدد من الأسلحة فى أيديهم مثل السكاكين للدفاع عن أوزير ضد الأعداء خلال ساعات الليل والنهار وكذلك لضمان الحفاظ على النظام الكوني، وقد ظهرت أسماء أعضاء هذه المجموعة فى عدة قوائم، اختلفت فيها أعدادهم وهيئاتهم من قائمة لأخرى

Mdsw Irty Sacred Entities Group was an integral part of the Osirian guard forces, tasked with guarding and protecting the god Osiris and defending him. Initially, this group served as a protective unit, like other divine guard groups under the deities Atum and later Ra, before being assigned the role of protecting Osiris. Some members of Mdsw Irty group began to appear individually as independent entities from the Old Kingdom onwards. Over time, the group's number increased, and they reached their final collective form during the Graeco-Roman period.
These entities were associated with specific protective roles and were assigned to guard certain locations. They carried weapons, such as knives, to defend Osiris against his enemies during both day and night, ensuring the preservation of Maat. The names of the members of this group appear in several lists, with variations in their numbers and appearances from one list to another.
