يهدف البحث إلى التحقق من خفض حدة إدمان الهواتف الذكية وعلاقتها بجودة الحياه لطفل الروضة من خلال برنامج قائم على استخدام القصص والتحقق من مدى استمراريته،وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبى،وتكونت عينة االبحث من (35) طفلاً وطفلة انحصرت أعمارهم من 5-6 سنوات، اشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة استطلاع آراء المعلمات والأمهات عن مدى إدمان الهواتف الذكية لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة)،استمارة استطلاع السادة المحكمين لتحديد أبعاد مقياس إدمان الهواتف الذكية (إعداد/ الباحثة)، استمارة استطلاع السادة المحكمين لتحديد أبعاد مقياس جودة الحياة (إعداد/ الباحثة)، اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة الملون للذكاء (CPM) لجون رافن،مقياس إدمان الهواتف الذكية لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة)، بطاقة ملاحظة الأم لجودة الحياة لطفل الروضة ( إعداد الباحثة) مقياس جودة الحياة لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج قائم على استخدام القصص (إعداد الباحثة)،واسفرت النتائج إلى فاعلية برنامج قائم على استخدام القصص لخفض حدة إدمان الهواتف الذكية لطفل الروضة،وفاعلية استمراريته في القياس التتبعى،ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين إدمان الهواتف الذكية وجودة الحياة لطفل الروضة .

The research aims to investigate reducing the severity of smartphone addiction and its relationship to the quality of life of kindergarten children through a program based on the use of stories, and to verify its continuity, and the quasi-experimental method was used, and the study sample consisted of (35) male and female children between the ages of 5-6 years. 6 old, the study tools included a survey questionnaire for teachers and mothers about the extent of smartphone addiction for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher), A form Judges' questionnaire to determine the dimensions of smartphone addiction suitable for kindergarten children, A form Judges' questionnaire to determine the dimensions of quality-of-life suitable for kindergarten children. (Prepared by the researcher, Colored Progressive Matrices Test of Intelligence (CPM) by John Raven ,a scale of smartphone addiction for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher), a mother's observation card for the quality-of-life for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher), a quality-of-life scale for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher), and a program based on the quality-of-life for kindergarten children ( The results indicated the effectiveness of a story-based program to reduce the severity of smartphone addiction in kindergarten children, the effectiveness of its continuity in the follow-up measurement, and the existence of a negative correlation between smartphone addiction and the quality-of--life of kindergarten children.
