هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتحسين جودة الحياة وعلاقته بخفض الضغوط النفسية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال، تراوحت أعمارهم من (40-50) سنوات، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على: مقياس ستانفورد بينيه لقياس الذكاء الصورة الخامسة. تعريب وتقنين صفوت فرج (2016)، مقياس الضغوط النفسية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، إعداد (طلعت منصور– فيولا الببلاوى، 2014)، مقياس تحسين جودة الحياة، إعداد (زينب شقير،2013)، برنامج إرشادي في خفض الضغوط النفسية وتحسين جودة الحياة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. (إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات معلمات عينة الدراسة بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية في اتجاه القياس البعدي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات معلمات عينة الدراسة بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الضغوط النفسية بعد مرور شهر من تطبيق البرنامج، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات معلمات عينة الدراسة بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي على مقياس جودة الحياة في اتجاه القياس البعدي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات معلمات عينة الدراسة بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس جودة الحياة بعد مرور شهر من تطبيق البرنامج.

The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a counseling program to improve the quality of life and its relationship to reducing psychological stress for kindergarten teachers. The study sample consisted of (20) kindergarten teachers, whose ages ranged from (40-50) years. The search tools included: Stanford Benier scale to measure intelligence, the fifth image. Arabization and legalization of Safwat Faraj (2016), The psychological pressure scale for kindergarten parameters, prepared (Talaat Mansour - Viola Al -Bablawi, 2014), a measure of life quality improvement, preparation (Zainab Shukair, 2013), an indicative program in reducing psychological stress and improving life quality for kindergarten teachers. (Preparation of the researcher), The results of the search resulted in: that there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of kindergarten teachers, the experimental study sample in the tribal and post -dimensional measurements to apply the guidance program on the psychological pressures scale in the direction of the post -measurement, There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of kindergarten teachers, the experimental study sample in the tribal and post measurements to apply the guiding program on the quality of life quality in the direction of post measurement, There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of kindergarten teachers in the experimental study sample in the post and follow-up measurements on the psychological stress scale.
