وقد اشتملت الرسالة على مقدمة وقسمين، وخاتمة مع الفهارس. أما مقدمة البحث فقد اشتملت على سبب اختيار هذا البحث، وأهميته، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجي في البحث(دراسة وتحقيقا). وأما القسم الأول - وهو قسم الدراسة - فقد اشتمل على ثلاثة فصول: الفصل الأول يتناول ترجمة الحسيني، والفصل الثاني يتناول ترجمة الإمام الشافعي، والتعريف بكتابه الأم، والفصل الثالث يَتناول دراسة كتاب مقدمة «مُرشِد الأنام». وأمَّا القسم الثاني فهو قسم التحقيق، ويشتمل على فصل تمهيدي، ثم النص المُحَقَّق. ويتكَوَّنُ الفَصْلُ التَمهيدِيُّ مِن مَبحثين: المبحث الأول: وَصْفُ النُّسْخة الخَطِّية ومحتوى المخطوط، والمبحث الثاني: في بيان خُطوات التَّحقيق، ونماذج مُصوَّرة من المخطوط؛ ثم تناولت النص بالتحقيق، للجزء الأول: من لوحة رقم (1) إلى (158). وأما الخاتمة فقد لخصت فيها أهم النتائج او أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها .

This thesis for the Master's degree of titled: "Introduction to 'Mursheed al-Anam ila Birr Umm al-Imam': verification and Study of Part One up to the Beginning of the tarjamat al-Imam al-Shafi'i's Work by Shihab al-Din Ahmad Bek al-Husseini (d.1332 H/1914 CE)". The thesis Includes an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion with indexes. The introduction of the research covers the reasons for choosing this research, its importance, Objectives, Previous studies, and the researcher methodology (study and verification). The first section, Which is academic, consists of three chapters: the first chapter discusses the life of Sheikh Ahmad Bek al-Husseini. The second chapter focuses on the life of Imam al-Shafi'i and introduces his book "al-Umm", and the third chapter study the book 'Introduction to Mursheed al-Anam ila Birr Umm al-Imam'.The second section is dedicated to verification and includes a preliminary chapter followed by the verified text. The preliminary chapter contains two discussions: the first describes the manuscript and its contents, while the second outlines the verification steps and includes photographic examples from the manuscript then it proceeded into the verification. The verified text covers Volume One: from script (1) to (158). The conclusion summarizes the key findings and recommendations of the research.
