هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية التي تنبيء بالعودة للجنوح لدى عينة من الفتيات الجانحات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (55) فتاة جانحة، تراوحت أعمارهن بين (12- 18) عامًا، وتم اختيارهن بطريقة مقصودة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الأدوات الآتية: مقياس تقدير الذات إعداد: مجدي الدسوقي"2011"، استمارة مقابلة جمع البيانات إعداد الباحثة، مقياس وصمة الذات إعداد الباحثة، مقياس الشعور بالذنب إعداد الباحثة، أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري وصمة الذات والعودة للجنوح لدى الفتيات الجانحات، توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الشعور بالذنب والعودة للجنوح لدى الفتيات الجانحات، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري تقدير الذات والعودة للجنوح لدى الفتيات الجانحات، وأشارت النتائج أَيْضًا إلى أن متغير الشعور بالذنب ومتغير وصمة االذات استطاعا التنبوء بالعودة للجنوح لدى الفتيات الجانحات على العكس من متغير تقدير االذات الذي لم يتنبأ بالعودة للجنوح.

The study aimed to know the psychological and social factors that predict the return to delinquency in a sample of delinquent girls, and the study relied on the descriptive correlational approach, and the study sample consisted of (55) delinquent girls, whose ages ranged between (12- 18) years, and they were selected in an intentional maner, The study used the following tools: a measure of self-esteem prepared by: Magdy El-Desouki "2011", a data collection interview form prepared by the researcher, stigma scale prepared by the researcher, guilt scale prepared by the researcher, the results indicated that there was no statistically significant correlation between the two variables of stigma. Shame and return to delinquency among delinquent girls, there is a statistically significant Reversible correlation between the variables of feeling guilt and return to delinquency among delinquent girls, and there is a statistically significant negative correlation between the variables of self-esteem and return to delinquency among delinquent girls. Shame was able to predict recidivism, in contrast to self-esteem, which did not predict recidivism for delinquency.
