This research dealt with the study of the Diwani script in the Ottoman documents, a descriptive and analytical study of the documentsand General features of Ottoman documents, the Diwani script, its origins, names, types, characteristics, and the forms of the letters of the Diwani script in the Ottoman documents, It also deals with an analysis of the contents of the documents and the Qur’anic verses, religious phrases, propaganda expressions, titles and jobs, geographical flags, seals printed on Ottoman documents, tughra, penja, watermarks, and patterns of writing history in documents.
