يشهد العالم اليوم معدلات عالية من الجرائم لم تكن موجودة من قبل، حيث تعددت أنواع الجرائم وتنوعت بين تهريب المخدرات وإدمانها وجرائم العنف والقتل والاحتيال والإرهاب، وظهرت أنواع جديدة من الجرائم مثل الجرائم الإلكترونية، وإيمانا بأهمية الدور الذي تقوم به المواقع الإخبارية العراقية في صدد تغطية هذا النوع من الأخبار حتم علينا ضرورة الالتفات إليها. وعليه تقدم هذه الدراسة تحليلًا للمواقع الإخبارية العراقية ورصدًا وقياسًا للإحساس الأمني لدى الجمهور العراقي بعد تعرضه لقضايا الجريمة وتحديد أبرز أسباب متابعته أو عدم متابعته للأخبار والقضايا المُتعلقة بالجريمة وأبرَز السمات التي يفضلونها أثناء متابعتهم لهذه النوعية من القضايا، فضلًا عن سمات معالجة المواقع الإخبارية العراقية لقضايا الجريمة. إن الأوضاع العامة التي شهدها العراق بعد عام 2003 شجع على تنامى الجريمة بمختلف أشكالها، وهو ما استرعى ظهور قوالب جديدة في التحرير للمواقع الإلكترونية تتناسب مع هذه الاحداث، ومع طبيعة القارئ المتسرع، وقد ساهمت تطبيقات التطور التكنولوجي ذاتها في ارتفاع معدلات الكشف عن هذه الجرائم، لاسيما بعد ظهور الصحافة الإلكترونية وانطلاق العديد من المواقع الإخبارية العراقية على اختلاف توجهاتها، والكيفية التي يطرح كل موقع إخباري من خلالها الجرائم التي تقع في العراق حسب توجهاته. ويسعى البحث لتحقيق هدفان رئيسيان وهما: "رصد وتحليل أطر معالجة الصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية العراقية لشؤون الجريمة وقياس إحساس الجمهور العراقي بالأمن بعد تعرضه لها تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية؛ التي تستهدف الحصول على المعلومات المرتبطة بطبيعة تعرض الجمهور للمواقع الاخبارية العراقية، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية أيضًا على منهجي المسح الإعلامي والأسلوب المقارن. أهم نتائج الدِّراسة • كان لنمط ملكية الصحف والسياسة التحريرية لكل صحيفة تأثير على التغطية الإعلامية والأطر الإخبارية التي تم توظيفها في هذه المعالجات؛ إذ تنوعت الأطر التي تم توظيفها في تناول مواقع الدراسة لقضايا الجريمة، ففي الوقت التي أبرزت فيه شبكة الإعلام العراقي جهود الدولة والقوات الأمنية في وضع الاستراتيجيات والسياسات الأمنية لحماية المواطنين، من خلال الإطار الأمني ركز موقع رووداو على تقديم إطار النقد بشكل ملحوظ. • ظهرت هيمنة الطابع الإخباري على الأشكال والفنون الصحفية المستخدمة في صحف الدراسة وذلك على مجمل تغطية صحف الدراسة للأحداث الأمنية، وتراجع الاستخدام بنسب متفاوتة لأنواع الفنون الصحفية التفسيرية والتحليلية ومواد الرأي. • سيادة الأشكال الخبرية الأشكال الخبرية (الخبر والتقرير الصحفي) التي تناولت قضايا الجريمة في المَوَاقع الإخبارية عَيّنة الدّرَاسَة الثلاثة (الشرقية نيوز، رووداو، شبكة الإعلام العراقي) كأعلى أشكال المادة الصحفية المستخدمة في تغطية موضوعات الجريمة

The world today is witnessing high diversification directives that were not present before, as the types of diversity have multiplied and varied between drug smuggling and addiction, violent crimes, murder, fraud and terrorism, and new types of diversity have emerged such as the electronic edition, and believing in the importance of the role played by desert websites in covering this type of news, it is imperative to pay attention to them. This study provides an analysis of Iraqi press websites and their monitoring and measurement of the sensitivity of the Iraqi public after being exposed to crime issues and the most prominent of their followers or not following news and issues specialized in crimes and the most prominent of the distinctive ones that they prefer while following these types of issues, and they prefer the features of Iraqi news websites for crime issues. The general conditions witnessed by Iraq after 2003 encouraged the growth of crime to deal with its applications, which prompted the development of new templates in the editing of electronic sites that are compatible with these events, and yet the types of hasty readers, and the applications of technological development have contributed to the advancement of the request to reveal these cases, especially after the emergence of electronic journalism and the launch of many Iraqi news sites on the most prominent results, and the confirmed manner in which it is certain that everything you like from the damages that will fall in Iraq according to his observations. The research seeks to achieve two main objectives: "Monitoring and analyzing the frameworks of Iraqi newspapers and websites, crime news, and measuring the Iraqi public's sense of security after being arrested for this study to descriptive studies; which will not obtain special information for the public's exposure to Iraqi news websites, and the current study also relied on the media survey and comparative method.
