حيث تناولت المقدمة موضوع الدراسة أهميتها ، يليها الفصل الأول وعنوانه خلفية تاريخية عن العلاقات العربية الأفريقية قبل عام 2010 ، ويحتوي على مبحثين : المبحث الأول بعنوان جذور العلاقات العربية الأفريقية تاريخياً قبل التأسيس، أما المبحث الثاني فتناول مرحلة التأسيس والعمل المؤسسي للعلاقات العربية الأفريقية.وبالنسبة للفصل الثاني فاسنتعرض مؤتمرات القمة العربية الأفريقية منذ عام 2010 في ضوء ثلاث مباحث هي: الأول حول مؤتمر سرت قمة سرت 2010، أما الثاني تناول مؤتمر القمة العربية الأقريقية الثالثة ( الكويت 2013)، وأخيراً المبحث الثالث جاء حول مؤتمر القمة العربية الأفريقية الرابعة( ملابو – غينيا الإستوائية 2016). بينما بحث الفصل الثالث في موضوع الرؤية العربية الأفريقية المشتركة ( الشراكة الإستراتيجية ومقاومة الإرهاب) ، حيث تم تقسيم الفصل إلى : مبحث أول بعنوان مفهوم الشراكة الإستراتيجية العربية الأفريقية وآليات تنفيذها ، والمبحث الثاني استعرض آلجهود العربية الأفريقية في مقاومة الإرهاب. أما الفصل الرابع وعنوانه تقييم العلاقات العربية الأفريقية منذ عام 2010، حيث تم معالجة موضوع الفصل في ضوء ثلاث مباحث : الأول بعنوان تقييم العلاقات العربية الأفريقية منذ 2010 بشكل عام ، والمبحث الثاني فتناول تقييم نتائج الشراكة الإستراتيجية ومقاومة الإرهاب بين الجانبين ، في حين طرح المبحث الثالث التحديات والمشكلات التي تواجه العمل العربي الإفريقي المشترك. وفي نهاية الدراسة استعرضت الخاتمة أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة ، والتوقعات المستقبلية التي يمكن رسمها وتنفيذها في إطار خطة الشراكة العلاقات العربية الأفريقية في شتى مجالات التعاون.

The introduction dealt with the subject of the study and its importance,followed by the first chapter, entitled a historical background on Arab-African relations beforthe year 2010, and it contains two section : the first saction titled the roots of Arab-African relations hestorically befor the establishment, while the second section dealt with the establishment phase and institutional work of Arab-African relations.
As for the ssecond chapter, it reviewed the Arab-African summit confference since 2010 in light of three topics: the first was about the Sirte Conference , the Sirte Summite 2010, while the second was about the Third Arab-African Summit Conference ( Kuwait 2013), and finally the third topic was about the Fourth Arab-African Summit Conference (Malabo). While the third chapter examined the topic of the joint Arab-African vision ( strategic partnersgip and resistance to terrorism),the chapter was divided into: a first section entitled the concept of the Arab-African strategic partenership and the mechanisms for its implementation, and the second section reviwed the Arab-African efforts to resist terrorism. As the fourth chapter, entitled Assessing Arab-African relations since 2010, the topic of the chapter was addressed in light of three sections: the first was entitled Assessing Arab- African relations since 2010 in general, and the second topic dealt with evaluating the results of the stratigic partnership and resistance to terrorisim between the two sides, while the third topic presented challenges and problems joint Arab-African action. At the end of the study, the conclusion reviewed the most important findings of the study,and the future expectations that can be drawn and implemented whithin the framework of the patrtenership plan for Arab-African relatios in various fields of cooperation.
