سعت الدراسة للكشف عن أطر تقديم المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية في عينة من المواقع الإخبارية المصرية والعربية والدولية تمثلت في موقع اليوم السابع ممثلًا للمواقع المصرية، وموقع 24 الإماراتي ممثلًا للمواقع العربية، وموقع رويترز ممثلًا للمواقع الدولية؛ لدراسة العلاقة بين تلك الأطر واتجاهات الجمهور نحو دور المنظمات في القضايا العربية، وذلك في الفترة من 1 يناير 2021م حتى 31 ديسمبر 2021م، وتزامنت الدراسة الميدانية مع الدراسة التحليلية لقياس وتحليل اتجاهات الجمهور في الوقت نفسه. اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة تحليل المضمون لجمع البيانات، واستمارة الاستبيان بالتطبيق على 107 مفردات من الجمهور المصري. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية أن اليوم السابع كان الموقع الأكثر اهتمامًا بتغطية أخبار المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية بنسبة 48.6%، وكان التقرير الإخباري هو الشكل الخبري الأكثر ظهورًا في فترة الدراسة، كذلك اعتمدت المواقع عينة الدراسة على وكالات الأنباء كمصدر رئيسي في تغطيتها لأخبار المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، تلاه الاعتماد على مراسلي ومحرري الموقع. برز إطار الصراع كأكثر الأطر ظهورًا في التغطية الخبرية في فترة الدراسة، تلاه إطار التأييد والدعم، ثم إطار المطالبة، وكانت الأمم المتحدة هي أكثر المنظمات ظهورًا في التغطية في فترة الدراسة، تلتها جامعة الدول العربية. أظهر المبحوثون اتجاهًا محايدًا نحو دور المنظمات الأربع عينة الدراسة في القضايا العربية، تلاه الاتجاه السلبي ثم الاتجاه الإيجابي.

The study sought to reveal the frameworks for presenting international and regional organizations on a sample of Egyptian, Arab and international news websites represented by Youm7 as a representative of Egyptian websites, the Emirati 24 website as a representative of Arab websites and the Reuters website as a representative of international websites, to study the relationship between these frameworks and public attitudes towards the role of organizations in Arab issues, during the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The study relied on the content analysis tool to collect data, and the questionnaire form applied to 107 individuals from the Egyptian public. The results of the analytical study showed that Youm7 was the most interested website in covering news of international and regional organizations at 48.6%, and the news report was the most frequently appearing news form during the study period. The study sample websites also relied on news agencies as a primary source in their coverage of news of international and regional organizations, followed by reliance on site correspondents and editors. The conflict framework emerged as the most frequently appearing framework in news coverage during the study period, followed by the support and backing framework, then the demand framework. The United Nations was the most frequently appearing organization in coverage during the study period, followed by the League of Arab States. The respondents showed a neutral attitude towards the role of the four study sample organizations in Arab issues, followed by a negative attitude and then a positive attitude.
