عملت الدراسة على بحث أثر تدعيم أمن الطاقة وإستدامتها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة طبقاً لرؤية مصر 2030 وذلك من خلال عدد من الخطوات لابد من العمل عليها وتعتبر من الأهداف الرئيسية للبحث وهى (تدعيم الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص في مشروعات قطاع الطاقة، توثيق خريطة إستثمارية من خلال الإعلان عن الفرص الإستثمارية بصورة واضحة، خصخصة الإدارة وذلك لتسهيل الإجراءات الروتينية وتقليل الدورات الإجرائية المطلوبة من الـــــجهات المختلــــــــــفة بالدولــــــــة لدخـــــــــول المستثمر الأجنبى لتنفيذ مشروعات البنية التحتية فى مجال الطــــــــاقة، تدريب وتطوير العاملين فى مجال إدارة المشروعات وذلك من خلال إعداد كوادر بشرية فى كافة القطاعات بالدولة وخاصة فى القطاع العام على دراية تامة بعلم إدارة المشروعات، تعظيم دور التعليم الفنى وذلك بما يسمح بتزويد العاملين المهنيين بالمهارات اللازمة لتصميم وتشغيل وصيانة وإدارة مشاريع الطاقة بشكل فعال وأداء مرتفع بما يحقق التأثير المأمول لمشروعات الطاقة لتحقيق الأهداف البيئية والإقتصادية المرجوة من تطوير مشروعات الطاقة)، وتم إستكمال الدراسة ببناء استبيان وقياس صدقه وتوزيعه من خلال اجراء دراسة ميدانية وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة واختبار فروض الدراسة الرئيسية والفرعية.

The study aimed to explore the impact of enhancing energy security and sustainability on achieving sustainable development in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. This was done through several key steps, identified as the primary objectives of the research, including) Strengthening partnerships with the private sector in energy projects, Developing an investment map by clearly announcing investment opportunities, Privatizing administrative processes to streamline routine procedures and reduce bureaucratic cycles, thereby facilitating foreign investors’ entry into infrastructure projects in the energy sector, Training and developing project management personnel by preparing human resources across all state sectors, especially the public sector, with comprehensive project management expertise, Enhancing the role of technical education to equip professionals with the necessary skills for the design, operation, maintenance, and management of energy projects, ensuring their effectiveness and high performance, while achieving the desired environmental and economic impacts),The study was further supported by designing a questionnaire, validating it, and conducting a field study to evaluate the variables and test the primary and sub-hypotheses.
