This thesis is concerned with the quantitative determination of some drugs containing carbonyl groups either single or combined with other medications. In this thesis, Articaine hydrochloride, Epinephrine bitartrate, Diclofenac sodium, Misoprostol, and Mirabegron were studied as representative examples of carbonyl group-containing drugs. This work aimed to develop different analytical methods characterized by simplicity, accuracy, and an appropriate degree of sensitivity for analyzing the above-mentioned drugs in different matrices.
All the developed techniques were optimized and validated for the determination of the studied components. The presented methods were statically compared with the official methods to confirm the claims of their validity. Moreover, the greenness of the investigated approaches was assured by using different advanced green assessment tools.
The applied techniques included spectrophotometry, potentiometry, capillary electrophoresis, and chemometry. The applied methods are accurate, green, cost-effective, and suitable for rapid and routine analysis of the studied drugs.
تهتم هذه الرسالة بتعيين بعض الأدوية التي تحتوي على مجموعات الكربونيل بمفردها أو فى خليط مع أدوية أخرى. في هذه الرسالة، تمت دراسة أرتيكين هيدروكلوريد، إيبينفرين بيتارترات، ديكلوفيناك الصوديوم، ميسوبروستول، وميرابيجرون كأمثلة تمثيلية للأدوية التي تحتوي على مجموعة الكربونيل. يهدف هذا العمل إلى تطوير طرق تحليلية مختلفة تتميز بالبساطة والدقة ودرجة مناسبة من الحساسية لتحليل الأدوية المذكورة أعلاه.
تم تحسين جميع التقنيات المقدمة والتحقق من فعاليتها فى تعيين الأدوية محل الدراسة. وتمت مقارنة الطرق المقدمة مع الطرق المذكورة بدستور الأدوية للتأكد من فعاليتها. علاوة على ذلك، تم التأكد من استدامة الأساليب المقدمة باستخدام أدوات تقييم متقدمة مختلفة. وشملت التقنيات القياس الطيفي، وقياس الجهد، والفصل الكهربائي الشعري، وطرق كيمومترية.
الطرق المطبقة دقيقة وصديقة للبيئة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة ومناسبة للتحليل السريع والروتيني للأدوية محل الدراسة.
