This research explores the impact of adopting Agile methodology on the performance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects, using Telecom Egypt as a case study. The study focuses on key dimensions: Adopting Agile Practices, Project Team Characteristics, and the Effectiveness of the Project Methodology. A sample size of 185 participants was determined and validated using a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 5%. The Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficients for all dimensions exceeded 0.70, ranging between 0.906 and 0.963, indicating high reliability. Composite reliability values (0.913 - 0.969) and Average Variance Explained (0.780 - 0.848) further confirmed the robustness of the results. The Fornell-Larcker criterion demonstrated strong discriminant validity, with all key dimensions achieving values greater than their cross-correlations.
Findings showed that adopting Agile practices accelerates time-to-value, with a weighted mean of 4.271 and stakeholder satisfaction noted as the least impactful (4.184). Project team characteristics, such as experience and skills, significantly enhance collaboration and execution quality, achieving a weighted mean of 4.264. The effectiveness of Agile methodology in aligning projects with strategic goals recorded a mean of 4.225, while improving adaptability and maintaining a balance between speed and quality emerged as secondary priorities. Quality of the new process and operational performance dimensions highlighted Agile's contributions to product quality, resource efficiency, and cost management, with means of 4.305 and 4.228, respectively. The model's quality index (NFI = 0.923) confirmed the validity of the findings. Overall, the research demonstrates a significant positive effect of Agile methodology on ERP project performance, supporting the hypothesis and sub-hypotheses.

تستكشف هذه الدراسة تأثير تطبيق منهجية أجايل على تحسين أداء مشاريع تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، مع التركيز على شركة المصرية للاتصالات كحالة دراسية. تم اعتماد نهج كمي تضمن اختيار حجم عينة بلغ 185 مشاركًا، باستخدام مستوى ثقة 95%. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيانات وتحليلها باستخدام أدوات إحصائية، بما في ذلك معامل كرونباخ ألفا لقياس الموثوقية ومعيار فورنل-لاركر لاختبار الصلاحية. أظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق ممارسات أجايل يساهم بشكل كبير في تسريع تحقيق القيمة، وزيادة المرونة في إدارة المتطلبات، وتحسين مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة. كما أثرت خصائص فرق العمل، مثل التواصل والتعاون ومهارات حل المشكلات، بشكل إيجابي على جودة تنفيذ المشاريع.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أظهرت فعالية منهجية المشروع توافقًا قويًا مع أهداف المشروع، وقدرة عالية على التكيف مع التغييرات، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد. كشفت النتائج الإحصائية عن موثوقية عالية (قيمة كرونباخ ألفا بين 0.906 و0.963) وصلاحية قوية، مما يؤكد دقة النتائج. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن منهجية أجايل تلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحسين أداء مشاريع ERP، كما يتضح من التحسينات في الأداء التشغيلي وجودة العمليات والنتائج العامة للمشروع.
