Various scenarios for crisis management and preparedness are also reviewed. *Main Chapters:* 1. General Framework of the Study: Introduces the importance of strategic planning, its objectives, and the assumptions on which the study is based. 2. Literature Review: Reviews previous studies on strategic planning and risk management, linking independent variables (planning) with dependent variables (crisis management). 3. Strategic Planning, Crises, and Risks: Defines strategic planning, its characteristics, and the stages it goes through. It also discusses the concept of crises and risks, and methods for preparing for and effectively managing them. 4. Field Study: Demonstrates the practical part of the study through data analysis related to a specific organization (case study) using SWOT analysis, along with field results on the effectiveness of strategic planning in mitigating risks. 5.
