تتمثل أهمية الدراسة في مدى إمكانية تطبيق أساليب الرقابة الإحصائية على المشروعات الصناعية ولذلك هدفت الرسالة إلى تسليط الضوء على تحسين الإنتاجية بزيادة الإنتاج وتقليل الفاقد وإبراز دور تقنيات التحسين بصفة عامةً وعرض المعوقات في مصر بصفة خاصة .ويتحقق الهدف الأساسي من الرسالة من خلال أهداف فرعية تتمثل فى بناء إطار نظري متكامل لتحسين الإنتاجية يوضح مفهوم وأهداف ومستويات وإدارة وتحليل وتخطيط وقياس الإنتاجية وتقييم ودراسة العوامل المؤثرة على الإنتاجية وكذلك معوقات وقواعد وتقنيات التحسين كما يتم عرض أنواع الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة وأسس تلافى الفقد والأعطال ويتم دراسة الجودة وعلاقتها بالإنتاجية وخطوات تحسينها كما تم استعراض مبادئ ديمنج وحلقات التحسين المستمر والرقابة الإحصائية واساليبها . تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بتنفيذ بعض أساليب الرقابة الإحصائية التي تساعد في إزالة الهدر في كافة نواحي الإنتاج بإستخدام المنهج التطبيقي والقياس قبل وبعد التحسين إعتمدت عليه الدراسة ومن خلالها تم عرض حالة من داخل الشركة محل الدراسة تم فيها وصف المنتج محل الدراسة وخطوات إنتاجه وتوضيح خريطة العمل وخطوات التحسين والتحليل للنتائج لتوضيح ما تم من تحسين .
The importance of the study is represented in the extent to which statistical control methods can be applied to industrial projects. Therefore, the thesis aimed to shed light on improving productivity by increasing production and reducing waste, highlighting the role of improvement techniques in general, and presenting the obstacles in Egypt in particular.The main goal of the thesis is achieved through sub-objectives represented in building an integrated theoretical framework for improving productivity that clarifies the concept, objectives, levels, management, analysis, planning, measurement of productivity, evaluation and study of factors affecting productivity as well as obstacles, rules and techniques for improvement. Quality and its relationship to productivity and steps to improve it. Deming principles, continuous improvement cycles, and statistical control and its methods were also reviewed.A field study was conducted by implementing some statistical control methods that help eliminate waste in all aspects of production by using the applied approach and measurement before and after improvement. Improvement and analysis of the results to clarify what has been improved.
