Chapter Two: Theoretical Framework (Technical Guidance/Technical Skills/Digital Transformation and Educational Platforms): This chapter consists of three axes: The first axis: (Technical guidance), The second axis: (Technical skills), The third axis: (Digital transformation and educational platforms). Chapter Three: (The applied framework of the research): This chapter dealt with the procedures undertaken by the researcher to build skills, design the program, apply research tools, control them, and ensure their validity, in addition to application and implementation procedures, and statistical processing methods. Chapter Four: (Analyzing the research results, interpreting them statistically, and making recommendations): This chapter presented the results reached by the researcher after applying the research tools, processing the results statistically, and interpreting them in light of the research hypotheses and objectives.
