This thesis examines the impacts of integrating lean manufacturing, six sigma, and sustainability on achieving competitive edge. The primary data were collected by developing a questionnaire. The sample of the study consisted of 154 manufacturing companies. Multiple regression is conducted to test the validation of the research hypotheses. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23 and The EViews statistical software are used to analyze data. Results indicate that integrating six sigma, lean, and sustainability would have a positive impact on achieving competitive edge. In other words, when companies implement sustainability, six sigma, and lean strategies together they would have a greater opportunity to achieve competitive edge than other companies that do not implement these strategies or implement one or two of them individually.
تتناول هذه الرسالة آثار دمج التصنيع المرن وستة سيجما والاستدامة على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. تم الاعتماد علي البيانات الأولية عن طريق عمل استبيان و عينة الدراسة تتكون من 154 شركة صناعية. تم استخدام اسلوب الانحدار المتعدد لاختبار صحة فرضيات البحث. تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) اصدار 23 وبرنامج EViews الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات. و أوضحت النتائج أن دمج التصنيع المرن و ستة سيجما والاستدامة سيكون له أثر إيجابي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. بمعنى آخر، عندما تنفذ الشركات استراتيجيات الاستدامة وستة سيجما و التصنيع المرن معًا سيكون لديها فرصة أكبر لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية من الشركات الأخرى التي لا تنفذ هذه الاستراتيجيات أو تنفذ واحدة أو اثنتين منها بشكل فردي.
