هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور الأليكسيثيميا ونوعية الحياة الأسرية في التنبؤ بإيذاء الذات لدى المراهقات ذوات مظاهر اضطراب الشخصية الحدية, على عينة تكونت من (400) طالبة من المدارس الحكومية, وتكونت العينة الفرعية من (100) طالبة, ترواحت أعمارهن بين (14-18) سنة. وطُبق عليهم مقياس الأليكسيثيميا, ومقياس إيذاء الذات, ومقياس مظاهر اضطراب الشخصية الحدية وجميعهم من إعداد الباحثة, كما طُبق مقياس نوعية الحياة الأسرية, إعداد أمنية أحمد 2023, أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود علاقة بين الأليكسيثيميا و بين إيذاء الذات لدى المراهقات ذوات مظاهر اضطراب الشخصية الحدية.كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة بين مكون التفكير الموجَّه للخارج وإيذات الذات.و كشفت النتائج أيضًا عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين نوعية الحياة الأسرية وبين إيذاء الذات. كما كشفت النتائج أن الأليكسيثيميا لم تُسهم في التنبؤ بإيذاء الذات, في حين أن مكون التفكير الموجَّه للخارج يُسهم في التنبؤ بإيذاء الذات. وتوصلت النتائج كذلك إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لنوعية الحياة الأسرية ومكوناتها الفرعية تُسهم في التنبؤ بإيذاء الذات لدى المراهقات ذوات مظاهر اضطراب الشخصية الحدية

The current study aims to reveal the role of alexithymia and quality of family life in predicting self-injury among female adolescents with manifestations of borderline personality disorder.The main sample consisted of ( 400) female students from public schools, A subsample of (100) students. Their ages ranged between (14 to 18) years. They were administered a scale of alexithymia ,borderline personality disorder, and self-injury all by the prepared researcher-as well as a quality of family life prepared by Omnia Ahmed(2023). The results revealed no significant relationship between alexithymia and self-injury among Female Adolescents with Manifestations of Borderline Personality Disorder, and there were found a relationship between the component of externally oriented thinking and alexithymia and self-injury. The results also revealed that there is a negative relationship between quality of family life and self-injury.The results also found alexithymia contributes to no predicting self-injury, and that the externally oriented thinking component contributes to predicting self-injury. Moreover, the results also found that the total degree of quality of family life and its subcomponents contribute to pedicting the total degree of self-injury among female adolescents with manifestations of borderline personality disorder.
