استهدف البحث الحالي خفض اضطراب ضغوط الوالدية لدي أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة السمعية البصرية، واتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على القياسين القبلي والبعدي؛ وطبق البحث على عينة عددها (8) من أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة السمعية البصرية أكاديمية الابن الصاعد لتأهيل الطفل تراوحت أعمارهم بين (30-40) سنة؛ واستخدمت الأدوات التالية: مقياس المستوي الاقتصادي الاجتماعي إعداد: محمد سعفان، دعاء خطاب )2016( ومقياس ضغوط الوالدية اعداد:هند إمبابي وسامح سعادة(2019)؛ وبرنامج قائم علي الدعم النفسي [اعداد الباحثة]؛ ، وأظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج القائم علي الدعم النفسي في خفض حدة ضغوط الوالدية لدي أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة السمعية البصرية كما أوضحت النتائج استمرار فاعلية البرنامج في القياس التتبعي. ويوصي البحث الحالي بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات النوعية والتجريبية على أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة السمعية البصرية وذلك لخفض مشاعر ضغوط الوالدية لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة السمعية البصرية.
The current research aimed to reduce parental stress among mothers of children with visual and hearing impairments. The study followed a quasi-experimental approach based on pre- and post-measurements and was applied to a sample of eight mothers of children with visual and hearing impairments from the Rising Son Academy for Child Rehabilitation. Their ages ranged between 30 and 40 years. The following tools were used: the Socioeconomic Status Scale prepared by Mohamed Saafan and Doaa Khattab (2016), and the Parental Stress Scale prepared by Hend Imbaby and Sameh Saada (2019). A psychological support-based program [prepared by the researcher] was also implemented. The research results showed the effectiveness of the psychological support-based program in reducing the level of parental stress among mothers of children with visual and hearing impairments. The results also demonstrated the continued effectiveness of the program in the follow-up measurement. The current research recommends conducting more qualitative and experimental studies on mothers of children with visual and hearing impairments to reduce feelings of parental stress among them.
