ترتكز الدراسة على هدف رئيسي هو :" رصد اتجاهات الشباب المصري الجامعي نحو مصداقية تناول موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "الفيسبوك" للقضية الفلسطينية. و ينبثق منه أهداف فرعية أخرى: . التعرف على إلمام الشباب المصرى بمعايير الفيسبوك المجتمعية ومدى تطبيقها على أرضالواقع. 2. التعرف على معدلات تعرض الشباب المصرى لإجراءات من إدارة الفيس بوك ضد حسابتهم عند تناوله للقضية الفلسطينية. منهج الرسالة: المنهج المسحي الإعلامى بشقيه الميداني و التحليلى. أداة جمع البيانات: تتحدد أدوات جمع البيانات, التى اعتمدت عليها الدراسة محل البحث, فى استمارة الاستبيان, حيث قام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استبيان حرص من خلالها على تحقيق كافة أهداف الدراسة، والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها، والتحقق من فروضها, وذلك من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من الأسئلة المفتوحة والمغلقة . مجتمع الدراسة: يتحدد في الشباب المصري من طلبة الجامعات المصرية مستخدمي موقع الفيسبوك،و الصفحات الإخبارية للمواقع التالية( الجزيرة، الحرة، سكاى نيوز عربية، bbc عربى) على موقع فيسبوك. عينة الدراسة: تم تطبيق البحث على عينة غير عشوائية (حصصية) من الشباب الجامعي المصري في الفئة العمرية (18-23) عاماً (ذكور- إناث) من مستخدمي موقع الفيسبوك وقوامها 400 مفردة، موزعة بالتساوي على جامعة حكومية وآخرى خاصة، ومن كليات نظرية وعملية. وقد اختار الباحث تلك الفئة العمرية لأن فئة الشباب الجامعي خاصةً هي الأكثر تعاملاً مع موقع الفيسبوك.

The study is based on a main objective: “Monitoring the attitudes of Egyptian university youth towards the credibility of the social networking site Facebook’s handling of the Palestinian issue.”
Other sub-goals emerge from it: 1. Identifying Egyptian youth’s familiarity with Facebook’s community standards and the extent of their application on the ground. 2. Identifying the rates of exposure of Egyptian youth to measures taken by the Facebook administration against their accounts when discussing the Palestinian issue. Thesis approach: The media survey approach, both field and analytical.
Data collection tool: The data collection tools, on which the study in question relied, are determined in the questionnaire form, where the researcher designed a questionnaire form through which he was keen to achieve all the objectives of the study, answer its questions, and verify its hypotheses, through a variety of questions. Open and closed. Study population: Egyptian youth, Egyptian university students, users of Facebook and the news pages of the following websites (Al Jazeera, Al Hurra, Sky News Arabia, BBC Arabic) on Facebook. Study sample: The research was applied to a non-random (quota) sample of Egyptian university youth in the age group (18-23) years (males - females) of Facebook users, consisting of 400 individuals, distributed equally among a public and private university, and from theoretical colleges. And practical. The researcher chose this age group because university youth in particular are the ones who interact most with Facebook.
