Background: Aerobic exercise such as (walking, cycling), yoga training and light
resisted exercise, breathing exercise are very important to improve health related quality
of life and reduce fatigue for lung cancer patients; male and female patients with a
average age (40–67).
Purpose: To systemically review the effect of therapeutic exercise on lung cancer
related fatigue and health related quality of life.
Method: This review included lung cancer patients underwent chemotherapy,
radiotherapy, surgery or others; received different types of exercise. A search of
electronic database that involved; PubMed, Physical therapy Evidence Database,
Google scholar and Cochrane library, the search started from January 2022 to October
2023. Fatigue was measured by Functional assessment of cancer therapy–Taxane scale.
Health related quality of life was measured by European organization of cancer
treatment questionnaire. Total studies were recorded by Preferred Reporting Items for
Systematic review and Meta Analysis. Thirteen randomized controlled articles were
assessed the inclusion criteria which were quantitives and qualitative for all studies.
outcomes: The primary outcome was (fatigue) and secondary outcome was (health
related quality of life).
Results: outcome variables were assessed at the end of the intervention period (after–
training and follow up). To compare data from different scales, pooled statistics were
calculated using standardized mean differences which were computed using Review
Manager program. (Means, mean change and standard deviations for intervention group
and control group were used to compute SMDs, sample size to apply the forest plots
for two groups for each study included in the meta–analysis. If appropriate effect size
was calculated, the outcome variable was reported in ≥2 studies and action research
outcome are continuous variables. Primary and secondary outcome variables were
pooled across studies and analyzed using a random–effects model for data collated from
all eligible studies with 95% confidence intervals. To investigate differences, the
following values were used: I2=0%–30% (no heterogeneity); I2=30%–49% (moderate
heterogeneity); I2 =50%–74% (substantial heterogeneity); and I2=75%–100%
(considerable heterogeneity.
Conclusion: From clinical evidence the therapeutic exercise had a positive effect on
lung cancer related fatigue and health related quality of life.

قمنا بتوسيع نطاق بحثن الي شمل جميع تصميمات البحث باستثناء اراء الخبراء والدراسات التي تقيس النتائج التي لا تتعلق بنطاق هذه الدراسة وتم تلخيص البيانات من جميع الدراسات المشكلة بالتنسيق التالي الذي يتضمن المرضي المستهدفين والإعداد والإعمار وهل تم تعرضهم الإشعاع ام لا أو جراحه استئصال الرئة ام لا وتم تصميم البحث ومستوي دليل علي الدراسة ونتائج الفائدة تبعاً البحت تم ايجاد ثلاثة عشر دراسة عشوائية وادراجهم في هذه الرسالةومناقشه توضيحيه لكل الابحاث وفقا لها وجدنا تأثير ايجابي التمارين العلاجية علي الاجهاد المرتبط لمرضي سرطان الرئة وتحسن حالته وامكانيه الرجوع الي العمل وممارسته حياتهم وتحسن الحالةالنفسيةلهم.
المقالات التي تم الدراسة عليها(G Arbane et al.,2011)،(Peddle Micentyre et al.,2012)،(Granger etal.,3013)،(stight etal.,2013)،(Edvardesen et al.,2015)،(cavalheri et al., 2017)،(Messagi sartor,2018)،(Lu et al.,2020) ,(lin etal.,2023). بواسطة تمارين التنفس وتمارين الاتزان والايروبيك والمشي وأكدت الدراسات على تحسن الحالات ومن الدراسات التي قاست الإجهاد لمرضي سرطان الرئة بواسطة تمارين اليوجا والايروبيك والتنفس Mohamed N.,2023) ,(linet al.,2019)،(chen et al.,2023). واكدت الدراسات على تقدم الحالات وتحسن الإجهاد المصاحب لمرضي سرطان الرئة.
التوصيات
أكدت الدراسات أنه لابد من ممارسه الدراسةالمنهجيةعلى أسس علميه لتحسين مهارات اخصائي العلاج الطبيعيوالاكثار من الدراسات المستقبلية لزيادة الخبرة بهذا المجال وهو تأثير التمارين العلاجية على الإجهاد المرتبط بسرطان الرئة.
