هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرُّف على المؤسَّسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية، ودورها في تنمية الحركة الثقافية لدى الأفارقة في ظل الرقمنة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من المناهج والنظريات التي تمثلت في المنهج الأنثروبولوجي بأدواته، ومنهج دراسة الحالة، والمنهج الوصفي، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية الدور ونظرية التثاقف، ونظرية الاتصال والتكنولوجيا وتنقسم الدراسة إلى أربع فصول: الفصل الأول: الاطار النظري والمنهجي
الفصل الثاني: معرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب: نبذة تاريخية الفصل الثالث: رقمنة الكتب الفصل الرابع: الكتاب الرقمي في معرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب (دراسة ميدانية) والتساؤل الرئيس هو ما دور المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية في تنمية الحركة الفكرية للأفارقة في ظل رقمنة الكتاب؟ وقد توصَّلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج تتمثل في: - أن أهمية الكتب الرقمية لا تقلل من أهمية الكتاب الورقي، فالعلاقة بين كلا الكتابين علاقة تكامل لا علاقة تنافس، فالكتاب الورقي والإلكتروني يُكمل بعضهما الآخر. -أن تحويل الكتب المطبوعة إلى كتب رقمية لم يحقق المكاسب المادية المتوقعة. -أن النشر الإلكتروني مكملٌ لدور النشر الورقي، باعتباره معطًى طبيعيًّا يفرضه تطور العصر.

This study aimed to explore the roles of official and non-official institutions in fostering cultural development among Africans in the context of digitization. The study employed various methodologies and theories, including anthropological methodology, case study approach, and descriptive methodology. The research also drew upon role theory, intercultural communication theory, and communication technology theory. The study revealed several findings, including the significance of digital books alongside printed ones, the limited financial gains from converting printed books to digital format, and the complementary nature of electronic publishing to traditional paper publishing as a natural outcome of societal development. •Chapter Four: The Digital Book at the Cairo International Book Fair (Field Study)And The main question is: What is the role of formal and informal institutions in promoting the intellectual movement of Africans in the context of the digitization of books? The study concluded with several findings, which can be summarized as follows: -The significance of digital books does not diminish the importance of printed books. The relationship between the two is one of integration rather than competition, as both paper and electronic books complement each other. - Converting printed books into digital format did not yield the expected financial gains. -Electronic publishing complements the role of traditional paper publishing as a natural element imposed by the evolution of the era.
