تناولت الدراسة مفهوم التحول الرقمى ومجالاته المختلفة واحدث التقنيات فى تطبيقه، وتطرقت إلى عملية صنع القرار ومراحلها ودور نظم المعلومات فى دعمها، واختصت الدراسة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة كأحد تقنيات التحول الرقمى فى مجال العمليات الداخلية فتناولت مراحل تطوره والإتجاهات الحديثة لتعظيم الاستفادة منه وأثره فى دعم اتخاذ القرار بالمؤسسات عن طريق دراسة حالة على احدى الشركات الصناعية وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على نموذج ديلان وماكلين لقياس أثر تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على دعم اتخاذ القرار بالمؤسسة حيث مثلت المتغيرات (جودة النظام-جودة المعلومات-جودة الخدمة) المتغيرات المستقلة، ومثلت المتغيرات(استخدام النظام – رضا العميل عن النظام) المتغيرات الوسيطة، ومثل (دعم اتخاذ القرار) المتغير التابع، وقد تم جمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية من مستخدمى النظام بالشركة قدرها 188 موظفا باستخدام استبيان الكترونى، واستخدم مقياس ليكرت الخماسى لقياس اراء المبحوثين، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن لتطبيق نظام إدارة موارد المؤسسة أثر ايجابى فى دعم اتخاذ القرار بالشركة.وقد اوصت الدراسة بدراسة بتطبيق بعض التقنيات الحديثة التى من شأنها تعظيم الاستفادة من ERP بالشركة ومنها:- دراسة تطوير المخازن باستخدام بوابات RFID لأتمتة عمليات إدارة المخزون لتحسين جودة المعلومات التى يوفرها ERP.- ترقية نظام ERP بادخال الذكاء الاصطناعى فى تحليل البيانات وبناء نماذج تنبؤية ل(طلبات الشراء – خطط الانتاج....... ) لتحسين قدرة ERP على دعم اتخاذ القرار.

The study dealt with the concept of digital transformation and its various fields and the latest technologies in its application, and touched on the decision-making process and its stages and the role of information systems in supporting it, and the study singled out the Enterprise Resource Planning system(ERP) as one of the techniques of digital transformation in the field of internal operations, so it dealt with the stages of its development and modern trends to maximize the benefit of it and its impact on supporting decision-making in institutions through a case study on one of the industrial companies The study relied on the model of Dylan and McLean "" to measure the impact of the application of ERP on supporting the adoption of The decision of the institution, where the variables (system quality - information quality - quality of service) represented the independent variables, and the variables (system use - customer satisfaction with the system) represented the intermediate variables, and such as supporting decision-making dependent variable, and the data was collected from a sample of users of the system in the company of 188 employees using an electronic questionnaire, and the Likert five-point scale was used to measure the opinions of the respondents, and the study concluded that the application of the ERP has a positive impact on supporting decision-making in the institution.
The study recommended studying the application of some modern technologies that would maximize the use of ERP, including:- Study the development of warehouses using RFID gateways to automate inventory management processes to improve information quality of ERP.- Upgrading the ERP system by introducing artificial intelligence in data analysis and building predictive models for (purchase orders - production plans.......) to improve ERP's ability to support decision-making.
