هدفت الدِّراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم بنك المعرفة المصري Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) ودوره في منظومة المعلومات لتحقيق أهداف خطَّة مصر للتَّنمية المستدامة (رؤية مصر 2030)، ومدى مساهمته في تنمية مجتمع المعرفة المصري وتيسير إتاحة المعلومات لجميع المصريين والنفاذ إليها، وتنمية الوعي المعلوماتي لهم دون تمييز بما يتوافق مع أهداف الحظة الأممية للتَّنمية المستدامة. اعتمدت الدِّراسة على المنهج الوصفي لوصف ورصد وتحليل موقع بنك المعرفة المصري من حيث الدور والهدف منه ومحتواه والمستفيدين منه وتوضيح وتقييم أهداف التَّنمية المستدامة المصريَّة 2030. وتم الاستعانة بأدوات جمع البيانات وهم المقابلة المقننة مع مسؤولي بنك المعرفة المصري عبر البريد الإلكترونيّ، كما تم توزيع استبيان إلكترونيّ بعد تحكيمه على عينة ملائمة بلغت 250 استجابة صحيحة، بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة وقائمة المراجعة لرصد أبرز خصائص بنك المعرفة المصري.

The study aimed to analyze and evaluate the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) and its role in the information sector of the Egyptian Plan for Sustainable Development (Egypt Vision 2030) and the extent of its contribution to developing the Egyptian Knowledge Society and facilitating the availability and access to information for all Egyptians and developing the information literacy of them without discrimination in accordance with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030. The study used the descriptive approach to describe, monitor, and analyze the EKB website in terms of its role, purpose, content, and beneficiaries, and to clarify and evaluate the Egyptian Sustainable Development Goals 2030 that it achieves. And it used data collection tools, and they are structured interviews with EKB officials via email, as it was distributed an electronic arbitrated questionnaire on a convenience sample of 250 valid responses, in addition to monitoring and a checklist to monitor prominent features of EKB.
