هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على البرامج التعليمية الدولية وتأثيرها على التعليم الخاص بمصر (دراسة حالة)، وذلك في دراسة ميدانية على مدرستين من المدارس الدولية (أمريكى - بريطاني) بمحافظة سوهاج ، خلال الفترة من شهر يوليو إلى شهر سبتمبر لعام 2024م ، من خلال دراسة البرامج التعليمية الدولية كمتغير مستقل بأبعاده الثلاثة المتمثلة في [تطبيق برامج التعليم الدولى المتنوعة – آداء القائمين على برامج التعليم الدولى – إلتزام المسئولين على العملية التعليمية بالمدارس الدولية] ، ودوره في التأثير على المتغير التابع وهو التعليم الخاص بمصر ببعده المتمثل في [جودة العملية التعليمية] . واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ، وصممت استبانتين إحداهما موجهة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين (مقدمى الخدمة التعليمية) ، والثانية موجهة لأولياء الأمور والطلاب الملتحقين بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية بنفس المدارس (المستفيدين من الخدمة التعليمية) . وقد تكونت كل استبانة من عدد (36) عبارة ، وبلغ حجم العينة العشوائية (255) فرد وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة على الإستبانتين، ومن ثم تحليل البيانات المستخلصة منها وقياس مدى تأثيرها على جودة العملية التعليمية بقطاع التعليم الخاص بمصر .وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد البرامج التعليمية الدولية المذكورة سابقًا وبُعد التعليم الخاص بمصر ، وكان أكثر أبعاد البرامج التعليمية الدولية ارتباطًا ببُعد التعليم الخاص بمصر هو بُعد إلتزام المسئولين على العملية التعليمية بالمدارس الدولية بأهمية نسبية 85,52٪ ، يليه بُعد آداء القائمين على برامج التعليم الدولى بأهمية نسبية 79,92٪ ، وأخيرًا بُعد تطبيق برامج التعليم الدولى المتنوعة ، بأهمية نسبية 75,65٪ ، وكشفت النتائج أيضًا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تجاه البرامج التعليمية الدولية والتعليم الخاص بمصر طبقًا للعوامل الديموجرافية لكل من أولياء الأمور والطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين ، وكانت الفروق لصالح استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس ثم الإداريين ثم الطلاب ثم أولياء الأمور.واختتمت الدراسة بالتوصيات والتي تم إدراجها كخطة عمل تُعتبر خارطة طريق للإدارة العليا وفرق العمل لكى تُمكنهم من المُساهمة في تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية بالنسبة للتعليم الخاص بمصر بالشكل الإيجابي الذي يؤثر في التعليم الأجنبي وتحويله إلى نظام مُتطور يُمكنه تلبية احتياجات الجيل الجديد والتغيرات العالمية .

The study aimed to identify international educational programs and their impact on private education in Egypt (case study), in a field study on two international schools (American - British) in Sohag Governorate, during the period from July to September 2024 AD,By studying international educational programs as an independent variable with its three dimensions represented by [the application of various international education programs - the performance of those in charge of international education programs - the commitment of those responsible for the educational process in international schools] and its role in influencing the dependent variable, which is private education in Egypt, with its dimension represented by [the quality of the educational process], The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the study objectives. Two questionnaires were designed, one directed at faculty members and administrators (service providers) and the second directed at parents and students enrolled in the preparatory and secondary stages in the same (Beneficiaries of the service), The size of the random sample was (255) individuals. Appropriate statistical methods were used on the two questionnaires, and then the data extracted from them were analyzed and the extent of their impact on the quality of the educational process in the private education sector in Egypt was measured, schools. Each questionnaire consisted of (36) statements.The study found a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the aforementioned international educational programs and the dimension of private education in Egypt. The dimension of international educational programs most closely related to the dimension of private education in Egypt was the dimension of the commitment of those responsible for the educational process in international schools, with a relative importance of 85.52%, Followed by the performance of those in charge of international education programs, with a relative importance of 79.92%, and finally, after the implementation of various international education programs, with a relative importance of 75.65%, The results also revealed statistically significant differences towards international educational programs and private education in Egypt according to the demographic factors of parents, students, faculty members and administrators. The differences were in favor of the responses of faculty members, then administrators, then students, then parents.The study concluded with recommendations that were included as an action plan that is considered a roadmap for senior management and work teams to enable them to contribute to improving the quality of the educational process for private education in Egypt in a positive way that affects foreign education and transforms it into an advanced system that can meet the needs of the new generation and global changes.
