تركز الدراسة بعنوان "دور ريادة الأعمال في الحد من الأزمات" على تحليل تأثير ريادة الأعمال في تخفيف آثار الأزمات المختلفة، مع التركيز على الحالة المصرية، وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية ريادة الأعمال كأداة استراتيجية لمواجهة الأزمات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، ودور المشروعات الناشئة في توفير حلول ابتكارية خلال الأزمات، وتم تحليل فاعلية ريادة الأعمال في مواجهة الأزمات التي مرت بمصر خلال الفترة من 2008 إلى 2024.
وأوضحت الدراسة أن ريادة الأعمال تكتسب أهمية في الظروف الصعبة، وقدمت إطاراً نظرياً يتناول مفهوم ريادة الأعمال، وأهدافها، وخصائص رواد الأعمال الناجحين، وتناولت الدراسة أيضاً التحديات والفرص التي تواجه ريادة الأعمال في مصر، كما استعرضت البيئة الريادية والتشريعات والسياسات الحكومية الداعمة.واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوزعت استبيانات إلكترونية على عينة عشوائية طبقية من النظام البيئي لريادة الأعمال في مصر، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب كمية ونوعية، وأدوات إحصائية مثل SPSS، وتحليلات الانحدار لدراسة العلاقات بين متغيرات ريادة الأعمال ومؤشرات الأزمات.وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي لريادة الأعمال في الحد من الأزمات، حيث تساعدت على اكتشاف فرص جديدة، وإيجاد حلول مبتكرة، وتوفير فرص عمل، وتنويع مصادر الدخل، وتحسين النمو الاقتصادي، وأكدت الدراسة على أهمية البيئة الداعمة لريادة الأعمال، وتوصلت إلى توصيات تهدف إلى تعزيز دور ريادة الأعمال في مواجهة الأزمات، من خلال دعم المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة، وتطوير التشريعات، وتعزيز التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص، ونشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بين الشباب.

The study titled "The Role of Entrepreneurship in Reducing Crises" focuses on analyzing the impact of entrepreneurship in alleviating the effects of various crises, with a focus on the Egyptian case. The study aims to highlight the importance of entrepreneurship as a strategic tool for addressing economic and social crises, and the role of startups in providing innovative solutions during crises. The effectiveness of entrepreneurship in facing the crises that Egypt experienced from 2008 to 2024 was analyzed.The study showed that entrepreneurship gains importance in challenging conditions and provided a theoretical framework that covers the concept of entrepreneurship, its goals, and the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs. It also addressed the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurship in Egypt, reviewing the entrepreneurial environment, legislation, and supportive government policies.The study used a descriptive-analytical approach, distributing electronic questionnaires to a stratified random sample from the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Egypt. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods, and statistical tools such as SPSS, as well as regression analyses to study the relationships between entrepreneurship variables and crisis indicators.The results indicated a positive impact of entrepreneurship in mitigating crises, as it helped discover new opportunities, find innovative solutions, provide job opportunities, diversify income sources, and improve economic growth. The study emphasized the importance of a supportive environment for entrepreneurship and concluded with recommendations aimed at enhancing the role of entrepreneurship in facing crises. These include support from government and private institutions, developing legislation, fostering cooperation between the public and private sectors, and promoting an entrepreneurial culture among youth..
