يؤدي وقوع الأزمات لخسائر فادحة في الأرواح والممتلكات لكافة المؤسسات خاصة المؤسسات شديدة التأثر بالأزمات مثل المستشفيات مما يعرقل من مسيرة عملية التنمية، وقد أثبتت الأبحاث العلمية والدراسات العربية والأجنبية قدرة إدارة الأزمات على درء المخاطر والتنبؤ بالمشكلات المستقبلية المحتملة والتي قد تمثل خطورة عالية يجب التعامل معها بكفاءة وفقاً للأساليب الإدارية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.من هذا المنطلق فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على دور إدارة الأزمات في المستشفيات في مختلف مراحل الأزمة (قبل وأثناء وبعد) الأزمة وتأثير هذا الدور على تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية داخل مستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بمحافظة الإسماعيلية (حالة الدراسة) لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في إطار الخطة الاستراتيجية رؤية مصر 2030، لأهداف التنمية المستدامة.وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي فيما يتعلق بالجانب النظري للدراسة واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي فيما يتعلق بالجانب العملي مستخدماَ أداة الاستبيان بعرض قائمة الاستقصاء على عينة مجتمع البحث مشتملاً مدراء ورؤساء أقسام وأطباء ومشرفين وإداريين وفنيين ومسعفين من العاملين داخل مستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بمحافظة الإسماعيلية.وقد توصلت الدراسة لبعض النتائج كان من أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة الأزمات على تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بمحافظة الإسماعيلية وقد توصل الباحث لمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة وجود فريق متخصص في إدارة الأزمات لديه المقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة للحد من الأزمة وضرورة الاهتمام بالإجراءات الوقائية لمنع حدوث الأزمات والاهتمام بالتدريب على استخدام إجراءات الطوارئ و ضرورة أن يتم تقييم الخطط السابقة لإدارة الأزمات بقصد تطويرها وتحسينها من أجل التعامل مع الأزمات المستقبلية

The occurrence of crises leads to huge losses in lives and property for all organizations, especially organizations that are highly affected by crises, such as hospitals, which hinders the process of development. Scientific research and Arab and foreign studies have proven the ability of crisis management to ward off risks and predict potential future problems that may represent a high risk that must be dealt with efficiently. According to administrative methods to achieve sustainable development goals.From this standpoint, this study aims to identify the role of crisis management in hospitals in the various stages of the crisis (before, during and after) the crisis and the impact of this role on improving the quality of health services within the Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia Governorate (case study) to achieve sustainable development goals within the framework of the strategic plan, Egypt Vision 2030, for sustainable development goals.In this study, the researcher relied on the inductive approach with regard to the theoretical aspect of the study and relied on the descriptive approach with regard to the practical aspect, using the questionnaire tool by presenting the survey list to a sample of the research community, including directors, department heads, doctors, supervisors, administrators, technicians, and paramedics working within the Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia Governorate.
The study reached some results, the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant impact of crisis management on improving the quality of health services at the Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia Governorate. The researcher reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of having a team specialized in crisis management that has the ability to make appropriate decisions to reduce the crisis and the necessity of Attention to preventive measures to prevent crises from occurring, attention to training in the use of emergency procedures, and the necessity of evaluating previous crisis management plans with the aim of developing and improving them in order to deal with future crises:
