هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف التعاون الاستراتيجي بين تركيا وإسرائيل وتداعياته على الأمن القومي المصري، كما سعت إلى تحليل أبرز صور التقارب بين الجانبين تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وإبراز الأهداف والمصالح المشتركة التي تجمعهما في هذه المنطقة، وتناولت الدراسة أيضًا أدوات السياسة الخارجية لكل من تركيا وإسرائيل في الشرق الأوسط بالإضافة إلى تأثير الدور التركي الإسرائيلي على الأمن القومي المصري، كما استعرضت الجهود المصرية في مواجهة التوسع التركي الإسرائيلي في المنطقة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج اقتراب المصلحة الوطنية الذي يعد أحد المناهج الرئيسية في مجال العلاقات الدولية والسياسة الخارجية.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج لعل من أبرزها أن التعاون بين تركيا وإسرائيل يشكل تهديدًا للأمن القومي المصري على عدة مستويات، فمن خلال تنسيق الجهود العسكرية يمكن لإسرائيل تنفيذ عمليات عسكرية ضد دول المنطقة باستخدام الأراضي التركية، وهو ما قد يضع مصر في وضع دفاعي حساس في مواجهة هذه التهديدات، وأن التعاون العسكري التركي الإسرائيلي يظل مصدرًا للقلق حيث أثر في العلاقات بين مصر وتركيا، وخلق حالة من عدم اليقين حول نوايا الطرفين، مما أضعف الثقة بين البلدين وأدي إلى تراجع دور مصر كوسيط إقليمي ذلك رغم محاولات الحكومة المصرية تهدئة الأمور دبلوماسيًا.

The study aimed to explore the strategic cooperation between Turkey and Israel and its implications for Egyptian national security. It sought to analyze the key aspects of the rapprochement between the two sides regarding the Middle East, highlighting the shared goals and interests that bind them in this region. The study also examined the foreign policy tools of both Turkey and Israel in the Middle East, as well as the impact of Turkish-Israeli roles on Egyptian national security. Furthermore, it reviewed Egypt's efforts to counter Turkish-Israeli expansion in the region. The study adopted the National Interest Approach, which is one of the primary approaches in the field of international relations and foreign policy.The study concluded with several key findings, the most prominent of which is that the cooperation between Turkey and Israel poses a threat to Egyptian national security on multiple levels. Through military coordination, Israel could carry out military operations against regional countries using Turkish territory, potentially placing Egypt in a sensitive defensive position against these threats. Additionally, Turkish-Israeli military cooperation remains a source of concern, as it has affected the relations between Egypt and Turkey, creating uncertainty about the intentions of both parties. This, in turn, weakened trust between the two countries and led to a decline in Egypt's role as a regional mediator, despite attempts by the Egyptian government to ease tensions diplomatically.
