تتناول هذه الرسالة دراسة قضايا الاتجاه التداولي عند عالمين عربيين هما- ابن يعيش صاحب (شرح المفصل) - والرضي الاسترابادي صاحب (شرح الكافية)وذلك لبيان اهتمامهما بتحليل التراكيب العربية تحليلاً يكشف عن المعنى المقصود ويبين مدى التفاعل بين أطراف الحوار في بناء هذا المعنى ومدى التعاون بينهما في إيصال التراكيب إلى مستوى القبول أو الرفض وغير ذلك من القضايا التي تناولتها التداولية.وقد اشتملت الدراسة على مقدمة تناولت أهمية الموضوع والدراسات السابقة عنه، وتعريف بقضايا التداولية، ونبذة مختصرة عن ابن يعيش والرضي، ثم تناولت أربعة فصول القضايا المتفق عليها بين التداولية بالتطبيق على الكتابين المذكورين.

This thesis examines the issues of the pragmatic approach of two arab sientests: Ibn Ya'ish, and Al-Radi Al-Astrabadi, in order to demonstrate their interest in analyzing arabic structures in a way that reveals the intended meaning and shows the extent of interaction between the parties to the dialogue in the construction of this meaning and the extent of their cooperation in delivering the structures to the level of acceptance or rejection and other issues dealt with by Pragmatic Theory.The study included an introduction that dealt with the importance of the topic and previous studies on it, a definition of the issues of Pragmatic Theory, a brief overview of Ibn Ya'ish and Al-Radi, then four chapters of the issues agreed upon between pragmatic sientests by applying them to the aforementioned books
