تطورت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مع تطور وسائل الاتصال والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، حيث زاد استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من خلال استخدام الأفراد الرسائل الإلكترونية، وأصبح التواصل مع أفراد المجتمع مع بعضهم البعض وحول العالم كسرت حدود الزمان والمكان، بفضل التكنولوجيا الحديثة، والتي تسمح للأفراد في التواصل عبر الفضاء الإلكتروني، من خلال استخدامهم تويتر وفيسبوك ويوتيوب، حيث أصبحت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من أساسيات الحياة لدى أفراد المجتمع، ويستخدمون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عن طريق الهواتف الذكية وأجهزة الحاسب الآلي، وهذا الانفتاح الكبير الذي عملت عليه التكنولوجيا الحديثة و قربت المسافات بين سكان قارات العالم على اختلاف ثقافتهم، خاصة ما تزايد عدد المستخدمين حول العالم لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي . وقد قمت بتقسيم الرسالة في فصل تمهيدي، وبابين رئيسيين وخاتمة ونتائج وتوصيات، تحدثت في الفصل التمهيدي: وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والباب الأول: مفهوم الخصوصية وصور الانتهاك الإلكتروني، الباب الثاني: المسئولية المدنية المترتبة على المعتدي وطرق التعويض.

Social networking sites have evolved with the development of means of communication and modern technology, as the use of social networking sites has increased through the use of e-mails by individuals, and communication with members of society with each other and around the world has broken the boundaries of time and space, thanks to modern technology, which allows individuals to communicate via electronic space, through their use of Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, where social networking sites have become one of the basics of life for members of society, and they use social networking sites through smartphones and computers, and this great openness worked on by modern technology and brought the distances between the inhabitants of the continents of the world to their different culture, especially the increasing number of users around the world For social networking sites. I divided the letter into an introductory chapter, two main chapters and a conclusion, results and recommendations, I spoke in the preliminary chapter: social media, and Part I: the concept of privacy and images of electronic violation, Part II: Civil liability arising from the aggressor and methods of compensation.
