هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المهارات الإدارية في دعم إدارة المشروعات بالتطبيق على الأفراد العاملين بشركة إلكتروستار للأجهزة الكهربائية وتحديد الدور الذى تلعبة في دعم إدارة المشروعات للمتدربين من خلال تقديم بعض المهارات التى يحتاجون إليها .وتكون الدراسة من أربع فصول ، الفصل الأول تم الحديث فية عن مشكلة وأهمية وأهداف وفرضيات الدراسة والفصل الثانى تم الحديث فية عن مراحل وجوانب تعليم المهارة وأهمية المهارات الإدارية وتقسيم المهارات الادارية من قبل عالم النفس الإجتماعى والإدارى روبرت كاتز إلى ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية ( المهارات التقنية ، المهارات الفكرية المعرفية ، المهارات الشخصية ) والفصل الثالث تم الحديث فية خصائص وأهمية إدارة المشروعات ودورة حياة المشروع والمعوقات وأسباب فشل المشاريع وتم الحديث عن المعاير الدولية لإدارة المشروعات والفصل الرابع تضمن مجتمع الدراسة والتحليل الوصفى والنتائج والتوصيات .استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى واعتمدعلى الاستبيانة كأداة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة ، وقد تم تعريف مجتمع الدراسة والمكون من الأفراد العاملين بشركة الكتروستار للأجهزة الكهربائية .
تم إختيار عينة عشوائية من ( مستويات الادارة الثلاثة ) وتم إرسال إستمارة الاستبيان لهم عن طريف الانترنت وقد قامو بملئ الاستمارة وقد تضمنت إستمارة الاستبيان مجموعة من الاسئلة التى تشمل المتغيرات الديموجرافية الاتية ( النوع ، العمر ، المؤهل العلمى ، الحالة الاجتماعية ) كما تضمن الاستمارة أيضا المحور الثانى الذى يشمل الأسئلة المتعلقة بإدارة المشروعات ، كما تضمنت إستمارة الاستبيان على ثلاث محاور أساسية المهارات التقنيه ، المهارات الفكرية المعرفية ، المهارات الشخصية وذلك للإجابة على فروض الدراسة . وفقا للمعلومات التى تم الحصول عليها من قبل الاشخاص العاملين بشركة الكتروستار للاجهزة الكهربائية قام الباحث بتحليل مخرجات الأستبيانة إحصائيا وعرضها ومعالجتها الإحصائية من خلال برنامج STATAS AND SPSS. وتم إستخدام معامل التوافق لقياس قوة العلاقة بين المتغرات محل الدراسة .وقدأوضحت الدراسة ان زيادة المهارات الادارية بوحدة واحدة يؤدي الى زيادة نجاح إدارة المشروعات ب 0.658 .

The study aimed to identify the role of administrative skills in supporting project management by applying it to individuals working at Electrostar Electrical Appliances Company and determining the role it plays in supporting project management for trainees by providing some of the skills they need. The study consists of four chapters. The first chapter discussed the problem, importance, objectives and hypotheses of the study. The second chapter discussed the stages and aspects of skill education, the importance of administrative skills and the division of administrative skills by the social and administrative psychologist Robert Katz into three main sections (technical skills, cognitive intellectual skills, personal skills). The third chapter discussed the characteristics and importance of project management, the project life cycle, obstacles and reasons for project failure. The international standards for project management were discussed. The fourth chapter included the study community, descriptive analysis, results and recommendations. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the required data. The study community was defined and consisted of individuals working at Electrostar Electrical Appliances Company. A random sample was selected from (the three management levels) and the questionnaire was sent to them via the Internet and they filled out the questionnaire. The questionnaire included a set of questions that include the following demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, marital status). The questionnaire also included the second axis, which includes questions related to project management. The questionnaire also included three main axes: technical skills, cognitive intellectual skills, and personal skills, to answer the study hypotheses. According to the information obtained from the people working at Electro Star Electrical Appliances Company, the researcher statistically analyzed the questionnaire outputs and presented and processed them statistically using the STATAS AND SPSS program. The coefficient of agreement was used to measure the strength of the relationship between the variables under study. The study showed that increasing administrative skills by one unit leads to an increase In project management success by 0.658
