يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما في الشركة محل البحث من خلال التعرف على مدى ادراك العاملين لأهمية تطبيق منهجية سنة سيجما وعلى مدى ملائمة الثقافة السائدةفي الشركة محل البحث وعلى مدى توافر المهارات اللازمة لتطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما.وقد تم دراسة الوضع الراهن بالشركة محل البحث والوقوف على أهم القصور الموجود بالشركة الذي تمثل في زيادة نسب المعيب الانتاجي بالشركة وعدم قدرة الشركة على الالتزام بتسليم العملاء في المواعيد وبالكميات والجودةالمطلوبة وعدم وجود منهجية أو فلسفة للتحسين وحل المشكلات بالشركة لذلك عمد الباحث البي الحصول على دعم الإدارة العليا في تدريب العاملين وبث مفاهيم التحسين المستمر وحل المشكلات لديهم وتم اعتماد فريق الأدارة مشاريع التحسين بالشركة مدعوم من الادارة العليا الدراسة الوضع الراهن واختيارالمشروع الأفضل من بين مشاريع التحسين والذي يكون له عائد اكبر وسهل التنفيذ ويحتاج إلى موارد اقل ليكون نقطة الانطلاق المشاريع اخرى للتحسين.من خلال دراسة وتحليل الوضع الحالي بالشركة مجال البحث وجد أنه يوجد نسب معيب في الخامات داخل خطوط الأنتاج أكثر من المتوقع من خلال دراسة وتحليل الوضع الحالى وجد انة يوجد زيادة نسب المعيب فى الخامات داخل ورش انتاج ادوات المطبخ.حيث ان متوسط نسب المعيب الانتاج 0.23 بنسبة 77.12 مما يؤثر على التكلفة الخاصة بعملية الأنتاج كما انه يوجد اختلاف وتغييرات في نسب المعيب الشهرى للمنتج مما يؤثر على المواصفات المطلوبة وأيضا رضاء العميل

This research aims to identify the availability of Six Sigma methodology requirements in the company under study. This research aims to determine the extent to which employees are aware of the importance of implementing the Six Sigma methodology, the suitability of the prevailing culture within the company under study, and the availability of the necessary skills to implement the Six Sigma methodology.The current situation at the company under study was studied, and the most significant shortcomings were identified. These include the high rate of production defects within the company, the inability to deliver to customers on time, in the required quantities, and to the required quality, and the lack of a methodology or philosophy for improvement and problem-solving within the company.
Therefore, the researcher sought to obtain the support of senior management in training employees and disseminating the concepts of continuous improvement and problem solving among them. The management team approved the improvement projects in the company, supported by senior management, to study the current situation and select the best project among the improvement projects, which would have a greater return, be easy to implement and require fewer resources, to be the starting point for other improvement projects.studying and analyzing the current situation of the company, the research area found that there are higher than expected percentages of defective materials within the production lines. Through studying and analyzing the current situation, it was found that there is an increase in the percentage of defective materials within the kitchenware production workshops. The average defective production percentage is 0.23, or 77.12%, which impacts the cost of the production process. There are also variations and changes in the monthly defective product percentage, which impacts the required specifications and customer satisfaction
