This research deals with a study of the subject of re-classification of variables to maintain sustainability of the Egyptian housing sector. This study builds its framework based on recent research exploring various sustainability factors in the urban housing sector after studying various type of housing on 36th case study. A comprehensive systematic literature review has compiled one of the most extensive lists of sustainability factors related to urban housing. These factors are ranked according to their frequency of examination and classified by their scale and sector of influence. The results can fill the knowledge gap about the most significant factors affecting the sustainability of houses and guide policymakers to make their decisions and strategies more precisely regarding the needs of the housing sector. In this research" An integrative analysis of the results has been constructed to receive the most affected factors on sustainability .

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة موضوع إعادة تصنيف المتغيرات للحفاظ على استدامة قطاع الإسكان المصري. تبني هذه الدراسة إطارها بناءً على أبحاث حديثة تستكشف عوامل الاستدامة المختلفة في قطاع الإسكان الحضري بعد دراسة أنواع مختلفة من الإسكان في دراسة الحالة السادسة والثلاثين. وقد جمعت مراجعة منهجية شاملة للأدبيات واحدة من أكثر قوائم عوامل الاستدامة المتعلقة بالإسكان الحضري شمولاً. يتم تصنيف هذه العوامل وفقًا لتكرار فحصها وتصنيفها حسب نطاقها وقطاع تأثيرها. يمكن للنتائج أن تسد فجوة المعرفة حول أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على استدامة المنازل وتوجيه صانعي السياسات لاتخاذ قراراتهم واستراتيجياتهم بدقة أكبر فيما يتعلق باحتياجات قطاع الإسكان. في هذا البحث "تم إنشاء تحليل تكاملي للنتائج للحصول على أكثر العوامل تأثرًا بالاستدامة.
