تهدف الدراسة إلى فاعلية برنامج تدريبى لرفع الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمة الروضة فى توظيف الفنون الأدائية وفقا للمنهج النمائى للطفل، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) معلمة، مستخدمة المنهج التجريبى للمجموعة الواحدة التجريبية، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: استمارة استطلاع آراء الخبراء والمحكمين لتحديد الكفاءات المهنية المناسبة لمعلمات الروضة. The study aims at the effectiveness of a training program to raise the professional competence of the kindergarten teacher in employing the performing arts according to the developmental curriculum of the child, and the study sample consisted of (40) teachers, using the experimental method for one experimental group, and the researcher used the following tools: Suitable for kindergarten teachers.
