Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine - Department Of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases Summary: In the present study which applied on 185 local and 76 imported camels in Halaieb , Shalateen and Abo - Ramad Triangle , we found that : - The overall prevalence rate of gastrointestinal nematodes was 4406percent from which 689 percent was mixed infestation The highest prevalence rate was found in Autumn (5223percent) and Trichostrongylus spp was the most prevalent spp in a rate of (2490percent)
