This study was performed on ten adult dentulous patients suffering from mandibular fracture to investigate the efficiency of modified mennen plate as an internal fixation device , patients were selected from the oral surgery department , faculty of oral and dental medicine , Cairo university , patients were treated by modified mennen plate and arch bar or Ivy Ioops with maxillomandibular fixation for one week
