Two clinical cases were carefully chosen to in- vivo evaluate the framework design that recorded the highest fracture resistance values in in-vitro tests. Each case was prepared following principles of tooth reduction and manufacturer's recommendations. Clinical evaluation was performed according to standard prosthodontic and periodontal criteria
