This work has been carried out to investigate some antibiotic druge in pure and phaemaceutical preparation using new spectrophotometric procedure . This is carried out on the various reactions of these drugs through the charge transfer complex formation reaction using (DDQ) and (TCNQ) reagents and ion-pair formation reaction using Mo (V) -thiocyanate reagent
