The present study was carried out to compare the efficacy and safety of using nitrous oxide / oxygen versus nitrous oxide / oxygen and sevoflurane in inhalation sedation for management of children`s behaviour during dental treatment . According to the results of our present study the use of sevoflurane and nitrous oxide / oxygen mixture was more effective and safe as regarding its use in paediatric inhalation conscious sedation than nitrous oxide / oxygen alone
