Clinical , pathological and parasitological tests were used to deterimine prevalence of liver fluke among sheep , cattle and donkeys at some places in Giza governorateWe found Fasciola gigantica as the only cause of the disease in examined samplesThe highest infestation rate was in sheep then cattle then donkeysInfestation rate was higher in male sheep than in female sheep and in old sheep than young ones
