Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Biochemistry Summary: This thesis was carried out to investigate the interleukin 6, interleukin 10 and high sensitivity (hs) CRP levels in unstable angina with calculating IL6/IL10 ratio on admission of patients to the emergency room or coronary care unit and repeated after 72 hours. Serum levels of plasma glucose, urea and activities of plasma total creatine kinase, creatine kinase-MB, lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotrandferase were measured
