If accurate reduction cannot be achieved further visualization of the zygomaticomaxillary buttress is performed . Confirmation reduction of markedly displaced orbitozygomatic fracture was perfomed by visualization all the anterior buttresses and the sphenozygomatic suture which was the most important reference point for adequate reduction
