The aim of this study was to assess the bonding to demineralized dentin using self - etching adhesive ststems . The buccal dentin surfaces of 136 extracted , human permanent molars were used , 120 for shear bond strength testing and 16 for scanning electron microscopic examination . Teeth were divided into four groups according to the dentin surface treatment
