A total of 231 samples obtained from skin lesions of diseased buffaloes were subjected to bacteriological examination. diseased buffaloes were from Elmenofeya, Elqalyubia and Elfayoum governorates. the morbidity rate of OSD was 47.4% while, the mortality rate was 1.43%
