Simulation is applied to ready mixed concrete operations to analyze alternative solutions. A simulation model is developed for the one plant one site operations using STROBOSCOPE simulation systems. The model simulates the activities of the truck mixer. Data collection reports are designed to collect timing and duration data for these activities
