The first one is an introduction which consists of a survey on some new approaches of synthesis of thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidines triazolothienopyrimidines, thienotrizines and thieno-1,4-diazepines in addition to an account on the antiumor activities of these derivatives. The second chapter involves the objectives of the work and schemes and the new required thiophene containing compounds
