A dynamic system which simulated natural conditions necessary for bacterial growth and biofilm formation was constructed and inoculated using different water samples The system was ideally operated at ; pH (7) room temperature (30 ± 2 {u00B0}C) 1 g glucose 1 {u00AF}¹ and adequate aeration (2 L min {u00AF}¹) The steady state of the system was monitored at the ideal running conditions
