The high prevalence of shoulder pain in wheelchair users may be related to the repetitive use of the upper limbs during self care and wheelchair related activities. purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interferential current therapy with a designed physical therapy program consist of strengthening and stretching exercises on shoulder pain in people with traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI) at level of T6-T12
