In this study skin grafting was applied to reconstruct the cubital fossa after release contracture in 5 patients Reconstruction by local flap 5 patients , two of them are reconstructed with pedicled flap three are reconstructed with Z - plasty . Among these five cases skin gragt is applied in two of them as well
